Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to compliment one of your delivery staff by the name of Bryan whom put in his utmost effort getting my delivery done on Valentines Day, 14/02/2013, Thursday. He tried his best to assist me even though there were some difficulties in getting the recipient to receive the order.

Although the first delivery was unsuccessful, he made many efforts to liaise with me even though he was unable to get the head office to return my call. This is my 2nd time making an order via xpressflower and I must admit both services rendered were golden.

I was served by Azry somewhere in mid April. I really need to thank him for his patience and customer service skills. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my fiancé on 29th April to Gurame Restaurant. My fiancé was extremely delighted to reeve those beautiful flowers of her favorite colours. As the order were made based on only a phone call, I am very glad that there were no mistakes made. From the words that I wanted to be written in the card, the colours I wanted to have in the bouquet and the exact time and location the bouquet was delivered. The bouquet definitely exceeded my expectations and I am truly satisfied with Azry's customer service rendered. Indeed, Azry can go far with his potential and his excellent service.

I called Paya Lebar office number as I was experiencing issue with your online ordering system. The order is pricey, but definitely worth it.

1. Service in the form of a personal phone call a few minutes after I
placed order online

2. I placed the order half past 3pm requesting 5pm delivery on the
same, and it was done, very effectively and without a single iota of
refusal or shock from you guys.

3. The stalks were perfectly hydrated and prepared for its current
position in a vase on my dining table.
