I want to compliment one of your delivery staff by the name of Bryan whom put in his utmost effort getting my delivery done on Valentines Day, 14/02/2013, Thursday. He tried his best to assist me even though there were some difficulties in getting the recipient to receive the order.
Although the first delivery was unsuccessful, he made many efforts to liaise with me even though he was unable to get the head office to return my call. This is my 2nd time making an order via xpressflower and I must admit both services rendered were golden.
Thank you Bryan a& Xpressflower for making things happen, for the professionalism and good service given.

I think it is very commendable of xpressflower.com to more employes with disability. I share the same belief that they too can do what the normal people are able of.

I was served by Azry somewhere in mid April. I really need to thank him for his patience and customer service skills. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my fiancé on 29th April to Gurame Restaurant. My fiancé was extremely delighted to reeve those beautiful flowers of her favorite colours. As the order were made based on only a phone call, I am very glad that there were no mistakes made. From the words that I wanted to be written in the card, the colours I wanted to have in the bouquet and the exact time and location the bouquet was delivered. The bouquet definitely exceeded my expectations and I am truly satisfied with Azry's customer service rendered. Indeed, Azry can go far with his potential and his excellent service.
I placed an order again on 8th May for my mum to be delivered on Mother;s day 13th May. I was served by Chun Qi, who impressed me with her creative ideas. Superb customer service. The ordered received was exactly as I wanted.
